First link is to the OBA Rules & Regulations Manual. This manual will give you great detail into all of the age spicific rules for all OBA sanctioned events, including the Ontario Cups, OBLX, and OBA Club Tournaments.
The second link is a referees cheat sheet. This information come right out of the OBA Rules & Regulations Manual. This cheat sheet will help you when you arrive at the gym and questions arise to what age specific rules are being used. I would suggest you print this out or save a copy to your phone for easy reference.
