Exam information as received from CBOC below. Please make note of this additional info:
- Officials who do not write the exam will be suspended from refereeing in accordance with the constitution of both the Hamilton Board and OABO.
- The Exam is administered nationally by CBOC. The Hamilton Board does not have any access to administer or assist with any technical difficulties with the exam – see the CBOC exam support email below for any assistance.
- All officials must create a CBOC Game Plan account to write the exam – see the How to Create a Game Plan Account instructions for help.
- New officials – OABO (our Provincial association) will not be uploading the list of new officials to CBOC until sometime after Oct 31, so you may not have access to the exam immediately. Please be patient while the province finalizes the list of new members.
Hi Officials,
The 2023-24 FIBA Rules Exam will be available for all officials registered with CBOC to take starting on Monday, October 30th at 12:00 PM (EDT) and will close on Friday, December 01st at 5:00 PM (EDT).
Please note the exam will close indefinitely on Friday at 5:00 PM (EDT).
Exam support will be available during the exam period from Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm (EST). Please contact cboc@basketball.ca.
