The new FIBA OBRI 2022 v1.2 will be effective July 1, 2023.

There are two-minute (“minute” as in “small”, not as in “last 2-minutes”…poor wording choice) changes – the key one being in Rule 4.4.3 on page 14 – dealing with “shoes of any color combination” and a minute (again, small) change in Appendix D around Classification of Teams.
