RAMP Registration & Member Dues

Starting with the 2025-26 season, all officials must register online using the CBOC (Canada Basketball Officials Commission) RAMP registration system.

  1. Visit https://www.rampregistrations.com/login?v3=73e2cbda to register. Note this link is specific to the Hamilton Board. Contact your local board executive for the registration link for other local boards.
    1. Follow the RAMP Registration Instructions below. All members must register directly online using the Canadian Basketball Officials Commission (CBOC) registration system. There is no option to submit paper forms or have the executive register on your behalf as the insurance and Rowan’s law declarations must be completed through the CBOC online portal by the registering member.
    2. The Hamilton Board executive will receive updates from CBOC on who has registered, so there is no need to let us know when you have completed your registration.
    3. Note for Dual Members – the instructions we have received from CBOC are that members are to register with each local board on RAMP using the same username and password and will only be charged CBOC / OABO fees for the first Board they sign up with. Every local board has a unique registration link – the above link is specific to the Hamilton Board. Contact your local board executive for the registration link for other local boards.
  2. Member Dues:
    1. Fees for CBOC and for OABO (Ontario Association of Basketball Officials), which includes your insurance coverage, must be paid by credit card directly to CBOC when completing your online registration. Fees are set by OABO and CBOC directly and are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances. These fees go directly to CBOC and are not handled by the Hamilton Board. Members who do not register online through CBOC will not have insurance coverage and will not be assigned games.
    2. Hamilton Board member dues, which are $40.00 for the 2025-26 season, will be automatically deducted from your first game fee (less $25.00 if you paid for the Fox 40 Academy Camp). There is no need to pay this fee in advance.
