The Hamilton Board is saddened to share news about the passing of Tom Lopes. Tom was instrumental in the development of many of Hamilton’s referees while working as the Executive Director of IAABO, so much so that he was inducted as an honorary Lifetime Member of the Hamilton Board in 2019.
