Pre-Game Conference Cards
There are many variations of pre-game conference cards out there.  Many officials develop their own pre-game checklist over the years, so there does not appear to be a true "standard".  Below, I've included two variations that I found online - thanks to Basketball Manitoba and Anthony's International Basketball Officiating Site for these.  Boards can also be purchased at Honig's or Officials Choice.  I will try to find a copy of the Conference Card that our Board hands out each year that can be downloaded (I don't have one as I use my own), however the basic pre-game checklist can be found in your rule books!  Use these as a starting point to develop your own list of important pre-game discussion points.
