NEED REFEREES FOR YOUR GAME / TOURNAMENT? |

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the volume of games / tournaments from December to March in our area of coverage, we ask that you please send your request for officials for tournaments to us with all locations and game times confirmed at least 3 weeks in advance of your tournament to allow us to ensure proper coverage of your tournament. Please also verbally confirm with the assignor that your request was received at least 10 days prior to your tournament (phone numbers for each are noted below). If we do not have enough officials to cover your tournament, this will allow us enough time to direct you to a neighbouring board of officials to cover your games.
